This machine is heat sealing and perforation and bag rewinding, which are suit for printing and non-printing bag making. When produced bag on roll with core or one line and big roll without core, it suit for LDPE, HDPE and recycle materials. When produced 2 lines bag on roll without core, it only suit for HDPE materials.

HSYW-1000SD is designed for 1 line /2 lines flat bag on roll with core or coreless production. Such as freezer bag /vegetable bag on roll with core, garbage bag on roll coreless, table cloth on roll with core or coreless.

It’s automatic film-break and core-change functions help bag suppliers to improve bag making capacity and to reduce energy and man power at the most extent. Its double servo motors control system makes producing more stable.

One/Two Lines produce procedures：

Film roll unwinding → Triangle V-folding (optional )→ Heat sealing and perforating → C-folding (optional) → bag rewinding
